Purpose

Create your own organization Account and understand scale-based subscriptions without confusing registration with study authorization or production readiness.

Prerequisites

Use the approved operational application address. Self-service registration must be enabled by the System Administrator. Have approved organization and administrator details ready.

Section 1: Register your Account

  1. Open the Agilix RTSM sign-in page and choose the registration link, or open its /register page.
  2. Complete the organization and Account Administrator fields using an email address you can access and a password meeting the displayed policy.
  3. Submit once and read the explicit result. Resolve validation errors before retrying. If email delivery fails, registration is not committed.
  4. Read the six-digit verification code in your email and enter it on the registration screen within 10 minutes. This verifies your email address and completes sign-in; no authenticated session is created before the code succeeds.
  5. Verify your Account context. New Accounts start on the Free tier.

The product website's Create an account link opens Agilix RTSM. Use the Agilix RTSM URL provisioned for your organization.

Email-code sign-in for every user

Every new sign-in requires both your password and a single-use, six-digit email code. This includes existing users and System Administrators. Check your inbox and spam folder; never share a code. Codes expire after 10 minutes. To request another code, return to sign-in, re-enter your password and wait at least one minute between sends. A new code invalidates the previous one. Five incorrect codes lock the account for 15 minutes.

Contact the System Administrator if your registered address is wrong or email delivery is unavailable. There is no password-only fallback. Changing the registered email requires verification at the next sign-in. Older password-only sessions are rejected after rollout. Email-code authentication does not replace the password-and-reason ceremony for regulated electronic signatures and is not phishing-resistant authentication.

Section 2: Understand tier limits

Free, Basic, Silver, Gold and Platinum retain access to core RTSM features. Tiers constrain active studies, sites across the Account, depots and subject enrollment. The badge beside the Account name identifies the current tier. Saved System Administrator limits govern enforcement; a website estimate is not an entitlement.

If creating a study, adding a site/depot or randomizing a subject would exceed a quota, the action is blocked with an upgrade notification. Do not create another Account or alter study records to bypass limits. An Account may have at most two active Account Administrators.

Section 3: Review usage, change tier and view invoices

  1. As Account Administrator, open your Account profile and its subscription section.
  2. Review current usage, tier quotas, one-time starting fee and recurring monthly fee.
  3. Select the appropriate tier using the available monthly subscription controls; read the result and confirm the navigation badge.
  4. Review the monthly invoice records and billing periods shown in the profile.

Invoice visibility does not imply an external payment gateway or automatic collection. Use the agreed billing process.

Troubleshooting and checks

If registration is disabled, contact the System Administrator. If a downgrade or action is blocked, review actual usage and the saved quotas. For tier configuration errors, the System Administrator maintains limits and fees; Account Administrators cannot change global prices.
