Protocol clarity. Connected supply. Accountable decisions.
Website privacy

Clear information.
Clear boundaries.

This public product and learning website is separate from the operational Agilix RTSM system.

What this website does

It serves product information, a searchable local knowledge catalog and redacted application screenshots. It has no direct trial-database connection and does not authenticate operational RTSM users.

Contact inquiries

The Contact form collects your name, email, organization, title, phone number, study preferences and optional questions so Agilix support staff can contact you. The website forwards these details to the application's support service, which retains the inquiry and queues email to configured support recipients. A hashed client network address is retained for submission-rate control, and hosting/security logs may retain network metadata. A successful submission confirms receipt, not inbox delivery, an agreed engagement or a booked meeting. Do not include participant data, passwords, treatment assignments or confidential trial information. Operational retention policies and the appropriate public contact/privacy notice must be reviewed before external deployment.

Essential cookie

The Contact form uses an HTTP-only, same-site session cookie to protect against forged submissions. A separate protected inquiry token expires after two hours. No advertising trackers, analytics scripts or external fonts are loaded.

Search and hosting logs

Knowledge-base search terms appear in the URL and may be retained in browser history or hosting request logs. Host logs can include request paths, timestamps and network metadata. Search with general workflow terms, not personal or trial-confidential information. Infrastructure logging and retention must be reviewed before external deployment.

Application illustrations

Screenshots are taken from read-only application views and cropped/redacted to explain workflows. Account identifiers, individual subject data, unrelated lot/label values, business contacts and user identities are excluded or obscured. Screenshots are training illustrations, not complete record copies.

Local development boundary

This parallel Razor Pages website is served over loopback HTTP at localhost:8086. Configure and qualify HTTPS, appropriate notices, hosting controls and contact details before external use. The separate operational application has its own access and record-handling controls.
